PAS messages queuing or aura interface not responding

Guidance for customers experiencing PAS messages stuck in a queue or issues with the Aura interface.

You may notice your PAS messages are queuing and not sending, but no error messages are displayed. This can also appear as the Aura interface not responding as expected.

If your PAS messages are stuck in a queue and not progressing:

  1. Type talk to a person in the Digital Assistant.

  2. You will be connected to a live support agent.

  3. Please include details of the messages you can see queuing to help us investigate quickly.
